Services
PrintFX provides professional printing, signage, graphics, vehicle wrap, installation, and related services. Service details, timing, and materials are subject to the scope confirmed in your quote or order.
Quotes & Orders
Quotes are estimates and may change if specifications, quantities, materials, artwork, delivery requirements, or other project details change. Orders are not final until accepted by PrintFX and any required deposit or approval has been received.
Payments
Payment terms are stated in your quote, invoice, or order confirmation. Deposits may be required before work begins. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your order.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project specifications, production-ready files when required, timely approvals, and permission to use any content you provide. Delays in receiving necessary materials or approvals may affect production schedules.
Intellectual Property
All PrintFX website content, designs, processes, and materials remain the property of PrintFX or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain rights to content you provide, and grant PrintFX permission to use it solely to perform requested services.
Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in writing, services and materials are provided as is and as available. PrintFX disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintFX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability related to a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
